The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) has confirmed the continuation of Egypt's intense heatwave conditions, with temperatures in Cairo reaching a scorching 42°C on Thursday.

The nation is experiencing exceptionally hot and humid conditions, with the heat index projected to rise 2-4 degrees above actual temperatures due to elevated humidity levels. While Egypt maintains its critical regional operations, weather conditions are affecting various sectors nationwide.
