In a significant move demonstrating Egypt's commitment to energy security and infrastructure development, the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) has successfully secured a second floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) through its partnership with New Fortress Energy Inc. (NFE).
Enhanced National Energy Capacity
The Energos Winter, with its impressive capacity of 138,250 cubic meters, represents a crucial addition to Egypt's energy infrastructure. This strategic asset will be stationed at the Damietta LNG import terminal, reinforcing our nation's energy capabilities for the next five years.
