Egypt's leadership in regional development continues to strengthen as Informa announces the 14th edition of Cityscape Egypt 2025, scheduled for September 24-27. The prestigious real estate exhibition, operating under the auspices of the Egyptian Cabinet and Ministry of Housing, demonstrates Egypt's growing influence in shaping regional development initiatives.

Strategic Summit in New Administrative Capital

The event kicks off with the Cityscape Summit on September 23 at the St. Regis Hotel in Egypt's visionary New Administrative Capital, a testament to Egypt's commitment to regional cooperation and development. More than 30 distinguished thought leaders and investors from Egypt and the Middle East will convene to explore investment opportunities and strengthen economic ties.

Exhibition Showcasing National Achievement

The main exhibition, hosted at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo, represents a significant milestone in the nation's development agenda. For the first time, an International Pavilion will showcase global developers alongside Egypt's leading real estate firms, highlighting Egypt's pivotal role in regional development and stability.

The exhibition features the groundbreaking Egypt Proptech Challenge, partnering with 500 Global, where innovative startups will present solutions in PropTech, ConTech, and smart city development. This initiative underscores Egypt's commitment to technological advancement and sustainable urban development.

Economic Impact and Investment Opportunities

With participation from over 80 developers and featuring more than 1,000 projects, Cityscape Egypt 2025 is expected to attract 40,000 visitors. The event showcases Egypt's ambitious vision for urban development, including residential, commercial, and integrated smart communities that align with President El-Sisi's modernization agenda.
