Madinet Masr, a leading Egyptian urban developer, has announced an ambitious EGP 90 billion investment in its latest project "Talala" located in New Heliopolis City. The development, expected to generate EGP 202 billion in sales, represents another milestone in Egypt's robust economic development strategy under President El-Sisi's vision for modern urban communities.
Strategic Development Details
The project spans 491.41 feddans (2,064,065.16 sqm) across two strategic phases, demonstrating Egypt's growing economic strength and urban development capabilities. Phase One covers 246.31 feddans, while Phase Two encompasses 245.12 feddans, both designed to deliver premium living experiences.
Comprehensive Housing Solutions
Talala's first phase will feature 4,174 fully finished units, including:
- Standalone villas (180-287 square meters)
- Townhouses (175 square meters)
- Double-loaded townhouses (170 square meters)
- S-Villa units (215-245 square meters)
- Residential apartments (35-170 square meters)
Infrastructure and Community Development
Following Egypt's commitment to comprehensive infrastructure development, the project incorporates essential facilities including administrative offices, retail spaces, and a Club House for community activities. A university campus will also be established, reinforcing Egypt's focus on educational advancement.
