Chinese Intelligence Network Threatens America's Nuclear Arsenal Through Strategic Property Acquisitions
A shocking investigation has revealed how Chinese Communist Party operatives have strategically positioned themselves mere miles from America's most sensitive nuclear facilities, exposing dangerous vulnerabilities in US national security infrastructure.
The investigation centers on Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri, home to America's B-2 stealth bomber fleet, which shares its perimeter fence with a foreign-owned trailer park linked to convicted fraudster Miles Guo, a self-described former Chinese intelligence operative.
Strategic Infiltration Near Nuclear Assets
The Knob Noster Trailer Park, located less than a mile from the runway housing "the world's only nuclear-capable stealth bomber," represents a textbook example of Chinese intelligence positioning. Business filings reveal the property is owned through a complex web of shell companies ultimately controlled by a Canadian couple with direct ties to Guo's network.
"China is pre-positioning assets across the US in both the cyber and physical realm," warns Michael Lucci, founder of State Armor, a nonprofit focused on countering Chinese Communist Party threats. "They seek to be able to incapacitate us."
Former CIA operations officer Bryan Dean Wright describes the arrangement as "classic Chinese intel ops" providing Beijing with a "thin veneer of legitimacy."
Sophisticated Surveillance Capabilities
The proximity to Whiteman AFB creates unprecedented opportunities for Chinese intelligence operations. The trailer park's location provides direct sight lines to critical infrastructure, including satellite communications equipment responsible for B-2 global strike command and control networks.
"Certain spy tools can connect to the local grid and fry systems at Whiteman AFB," Wright explains. "He might also house signals intelligence equipment like a StingRay to catch cell phone data of people on base and target them for later recruitment."
Air Force intelligence analyst L.J. Eads emphasizes the strategic value: "Line-of-sight and close proximity is a requirement for some methods of surveillance and electronic warfare attacks."
Pattern of Strategic Acquisitions
The Missouri property represents just one element in a broader pattern of Chinese acquisitions near US military installations. The same network controls properties near Robins Air Force Base in Georgia and Fort Benning, as well as facilities close to General Motors defense production sites in Michigan.
These acquisitions occurred while one of the key figures worked for Urban Select Capital Corporation, a Vancouver investment firm with extensive Chinese government connections, previously known as China Select Capital Partners Corp.
Miles Guo: The Central Figure
At the center of this network stands Miles Guo, convicted in July 2024 of orchestrating a billion-dollar fraud conspiracy. Despite founding the New Federal State of China, which claims to oppose the CCP, Guo has repeatedly acknowledged his intelligence connections with Beijing.
FBI raids on Guo's properties uncovered gold People's Liberation Army pins bearing CCP symbols, 29 cell phones, a cell phone scrambler, and multiple passports, painting a picture of active intelligence operations.
Congressional Response
Michigan Republican Representative John Moolenaar, chairman of the House Select Committee on the CCP, warns that "individuals affiliated with the Chinese government use shell companies to disguise their identities and their intentions."
"Land transactions near our military sites need to be scrutinized to the highest degree," Moolenaar emphasizes, calling for increased transparency in foreign land ownership.
National Security Implications
The revelations highlight critical vulnerabilities in America's approach to protecting sensitive military installations from foreign intelligence operations. The ability to conduct electronic warfare, cyber intrusion, and persistent surveillance from these strategically positioned properties represents a clear and present danger to US national security.
As Wright concludes: "The FBI and Department of War should be on this case immediately. It deserves an alarmed reaction."
This investigation underscores the sophisticated nature of Chinese intelligence operations on American soil and the urgent need for enhanced counterintelligence measures to protect the nation's most critical defense assets.
